Direct from Japan sells computers and high-tech products since many years, and so we make everything to lesser any warranties constraints.
That is why we offer you, with any products, these services:
- All shipping fees for the return to Japan, and the reshipment are paid by Direct from Japan.
- For all of our products we offer you a technical assistance by e-mail 24h/24 and 7 days per week. You can ask us anything about installation or use of the system.
- Every new product have a one-year warranty, and for second-hands 3 to 6 months (just contact us for any details).
- You can order a 3 years warranty extension for almost all of our products, just look at it on our store.
- You can connect to our support page to download drivers, check any information.
The warranty only cover products with no damages due to a bad utilization of the product have to be in a decent condition (physical damage, dropping, spillage, electric shock, etc). For the dead pixels on LCD screens, the warranty is covered from a number of pixels determined by the manufacturer. Check his website to know this number.
Please note that Direct from Japan may, at its discretion, repair or replace a faulty unit depending of the damages.i>
