Placing Order
To streamline your purchase and eliminate the waiting time on the phone, all orders and pricing shall be made through the Internet. The pricing on the Internet is a real time pricing.
International Order
We accept international orders if the orders meet all of the following terms and conditions.

You may order products through this on-line store using Paypal.
Shipping and Handling
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days if the product is in stock. If the product isn't in stock, the customers will be kept informed. Packages are sent from Tokyo (Japan) by EMS International. Package usually takes about 6 to 7 open days to arrive, depending of the customer's country and local post offices.
Damaged Merchandise
You must report all damaged merchandise to carrier (EMS or any other) and send Direct from japan a copy of the inspection report. We reserve the right to replace damaged parts or entire product. Please examine all merchandise before assembling.
Direct from japan will not accept any merchandise back that has been assembled or attempted to be assembled.
Warranty Disclaimers/ Limitation of Liability
Direct from japan expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchant ability or of fitness for a particular purpose. Direct from japan shall have no liability to anyone for incidental or consequential damages or any other liability, loss or damage arising out of or related to the merchandise, even if Direct from japan or a Direct from japan authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. All merchandise sold "As is ". Direct from japan makes no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise sold. Direct from japan is not responsible for system downtime, lost data or any other damages. This disclaimer by Direct from japan in no way affects the terms of a manufacturer's warranty, if any.

We are not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors and make every possible effort to avoid them. We reserve the right to change or correct prices or substitute products and manufacturers.
